that provides secure communication by encrypting all data to and from those

on the left of the "Products Catalogue".
For Off-line purchasing there are a number
of conventional methods you can use.
- Electronic Funds Transfer into our Bank Account.
- Money Order by Post.
- Cheque by Post.

For On-line purchasing (through our secure
web site shopping cart), follow the Ordering on-line
information below. The only credit cards we accept are Bankcard, MasterCard
and Visa.
Ordering on-line
You can order and pay for goods using your credit card and the secure
on-line shopping cart on this site. Just follow the link buttons in the "Products
Catalogue". You will be taken through the process step by step.
Before "Checking out" you will be asked to create an account profile.
This is required for processing your online purchase. The information is stored
and if you make any future purchases will not need to be given again. You can
change or delete your account details at any time. Sensitive information such
as your credit card details are not stored and will need to be given each time
you make a purchase.
Ordering off-line
If you prefer not to purchase on line you may purchase using the conventional
methods described below but first-
- You need to obtain a printed copy of your order by using the shopping carts
order processing features. Just follow the link buttons, create an account profile
and go through the purchasing process in the "Products Catalogue".
You will be taken through the process step by step.
-Leave the credit card information area blank and where it asks for
Method of Payment, choose Bank Transfer Payment or Cheque or
Money Order. Carry on and complete the ordering process. Once this is done
your order will then be e-mailed to you with a note on the bottom stating that
the goods will not be sent until payment is received. Just print the e-mail
and follow one of the purchasing procedures below.
- Attend your bank and request that payment be transferred into our bank account.
Our account details will be on the confirmation e-mail.
- Transfer the payment via your internet banking facility established with
your bank. Our account details will be on the confirmation e-mail.
- Post a Money Order or Cheque. We recommend that payment be made via Australia
Post Money Order to avoid clearance delays with Cheques.
Payment by Cheque. We accept business, bank and personal cheques. Please
note that cheques require a 5 day clearing period.
By mail using a Money Order or Cheque. Send a copy of your order with
the payment. Do not forget the delivery address, the instructions for the
courier if there is no one home and your phone number. Make the Money Order
or Cheque payable to Melspray Equipment and send to our office in Bonbeach Victoria,
