Delivery charges, which include packaging and handling, are calculated during the checkout process and is displayed prior to completing the order. Note: At this time we do not accept orders from outside Australia.
If an item or items in an order are temporarily out of stock we will contact the customer by e-mail and give them the option of placing any out of stock items on 'back order' or cancelling them.
For orders received by mail with a Cheque or Money Order, we will supply all available items and back order any that may be temporarily out of stock.
All products (other than those back ordered) are shipped within forty-eight hours or receiving your order.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, the onus is on the purchaser to make the correct choice as to the suitability of an item for their needs. We cannot accept returns because the product isn't suited to the job the purchaser had planned for it.
In all cases, our products are covered by the manufacturers/suppliers warranty, details of which are included with the product. Our suppliers have Australia wide service networks that are more than capable of handling any warranty claims that may arise.
Not withstanding the above, any returns should not proceed without first contacting us by e-mail stating the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by us. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
