Listed below are answers to questions that we commonly get. The answer to your question is most likely here.

• We are purely an on line shop. We do not warehouse or dispatch all our products. Most of our products are delivered direct from our suppliers to you the customer. Dispatch to capitol cities is usually within 2 working days from payment clearance. Country areas take longer and how long will depend on where you are. We cannot give you an exact delivery time if you are in a country area.
• Delivery charges, which include packaging and handling, are calculated during the checkout process and is displayed prior to completing the order.
• We only sell within Australia and do not ship to any other countries.
• Information and Pricing on our products is in our "Products Catalogue". The answer to your question is there. Please check there before contacting us.
• We don't have brochures to send out. All the information about our products is in the catalogue. If you need printed information click the "Printable Catalogue" link in the "Information Menu" on the left of the "Products Catalogue". You can also navigate to the product you are interested in and print the information page.
• We do not sell paint or Spray Tanning solution. There are links on our "Links" page to companies in Australia that do.
• Getting errors when registering prior to purchasing? This happens if you have not entered your date of birth correctly. It should be entered in the fashion shown in the example that is there.
• Don't have or prefer not to use a credit card? You can still make a purchase using the other methods described on our "Ordering Information" page.
